III. Operation and Maintenance Overview
Daily: Plant equipment inspection and fault handling;
Weekly: Equipment maintenance/system dosing/pump and fan maintenance/automatic control and sensor parameter checks/plant cleaning;
Monthly: Influent and effluent water quality sampling and self-testing;
Semi-annually: Third-party water quality testing and report issuance;
Annually: UV disinfection lamp/ballast/activated carbon replacement/belt replacement/sludge tank cleaning (depending on specific operating conditions)/gas sensor replacement;
3-5 years: MBR membrane replacement (depending on operating conditions).
