I. Introduction
The central nitrogen storage rooms are located in Zones E and W. Zone E has three 5m³ storage tanks, while Zone W has one 5m³ tank and two 7.5m³ tanks, supplying laboratories in buildings W1 to W4 and E3/E4 respectively.
II. Building Automation (BA) System
The BA system monitors real-time system operation data and sets fault alarm signals, improving the efficiency of fault detection and maintenance.
III. Maintenance Overview
Daily: Equipment inspection and fault handling;
Weekly: Pipeline and valve status check and maintenance/instrument reading check;
Semi-annually: Pressure gauge third-party verification;
Annually: Safety valve annual third-party verification;
5-yearly: Liquid nitrogen storage tank special equipment certificate renewal.
