I. Introduction

The waste gas treatment system (including fume hoods and BBQ waste gas treatment) in buildings W1 to W3 and E2 to E4 of the core experimental area comprises 63 fans, ensuring the stable operation of the laboratory waste gas treatment system.

II. Building Automation (BA) System

The BA system allows for real-time online monitoring of the waste gas treatment system's operational data and the setting of fault alarm signals, improving the efficiency of fault detection and maintenance in the computer room.

III. Maintenance Overview

Daily: System equipment and pipeline inspection and troubleshooting;

Weekly: Fan status check/electrical box motor check/air pressure status/pipeline valve inspection/spray tower belt inspection, etc.;

Quarterly: Fan tightening and lubrication, motor insulation testing, electrical box inspection and cleaning, spray tower cleaning, water pump maintenance, bearing and belt repair, pipeline damage repair, etc.;

Annual: Annual activated carbon replacement, filter media replacement (depending on usage), belt replacement.
