I. Introduction
The Laboratory Building Automation (BA) System is built by the Laboratory Services Department on the basis of the school's BA platform. It integrates real-time operating data from various central systems and laboratory environmental temperature and humidity data, facilitating online monitoring of the operating status of central system room and equipment, timely fault detection and handling, and improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
II. Operation and Maintenance Overview
Maintenance personnel are assigned to view and record data from the laboratory BA platform's central system room and system equipment daily, and to record, report, and follow up on any fault signals. In the future, the BA platform's data and functions will be continuously optimized, its capabilities expanded, and operation and maintenance efficiency improved.
III. Functional Modules
Air Conditioning Equipment Module: Online real-time monitoring of the operating status of each air conditioning facility in the experimental area.
Exhaust Gas Treatment System: Online real-time monitoring of the operating status of exhaust gas treatment facilities and duct air pressure.
Laboratory Environment: Monitoring laboratory temperature, humidity, room pressure, air volume, and other status parameters.
EV Emergency Exhaust System: Online monitoring of the EV system; triggering the button will simultaneously generate an alarm signal and display an image.
Central System Module: Online real-time monitoring of the operating status of the central computer room system facilities.
Central Cold and Heat Source: Online real-time monitoring of the central chilled water supply and return water temperatures and the operating status of independent cold and heat source facilities.
Fume Hood Module: Fume hood operating data is being gradually improved; online real-time monitoring of operating air volume will be achieved in the future.
