I. Introduction

There are approximately 367 fan coil units in the experimental area, mainly distributed in computer labs, dry-type labs, and server rooms, providing a stable ambient temperature.

II. Maintenance Overview

  1. Clean the air outlet grilles.
  2. Unblock the fan coil unit drain pipes to ensure proper drainage from the drip trays and prevent leaks (pay special attention to checking for blockages in the water traps).
  3. Clean the fan impellers.
  4. Clean the evaporator fins.
  5. Clean the water trays.
  6. Repair the insulation.
  7. Measure the original air velocity/air velocity after cleaning.
  8. On-site cleaning after initial cleaning.
