I. Introduction
The LSD Workshop aims to provide essential support for laboratory operation and maintenance. This includes processing and repairing pipe fittings and equipment, repairing electrical components, showcasing laboratory decoration techniques and materials, displaying laboratory process system models, and testing the performance of air conditioning equipment.
II. Functional Modules
- Maintenance Material Processing: The workshop is equipped with processing equipment, including welding platforms, integrated drilling and washing machines, cutting machines, table saws, angle grinders, and various tool sets. This facilitates pipe fitting processing work for safety-trained maintenance personnel, improving maintenance efficiency.
- Process Demonstration: The workshop features sample display areas for laboratory construction processes and materials, laboratory air conditioning systems, waste gas treatment systems, and automatic control systems. It includes physical models of laboratories that facilitate demonstrating, teaching, and exchanging laboratory processes, providing valuable support for laboratory construction.
- Air Conditioning Equipment Testing: The workshop is equipped with an air conditioning entropy testing device for testing the energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning equipment. Further exploration of air conditioning energy consumption measurement and analysis is planned.
Future expansion of the workshop's functions will include sustainable energy conservation.
