Operations and Maintenance Overview

The Laboratory Service Department's daily maintenance and upkeep work includes:

1. Assisting the laboratory in carrying out daily maintenance work, such as temperature and humidity control, electrical problem troubleshooting, etc., providing technical support for the stable operation of the laboratory;
2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the central computer room and systems, such as the central air compressor room, pure water room, nitrogen room, sewage treatment room, exhaust gas treatment system, etc.;
3. Operation and maintenance of laboratory-related air conditioning and ventilation systems, such as AHU air conditioners, constant temperature and humidity air conditioners, cleanroom air conditioners, fresh air conditioners, rotary dehumidifiers, fan coil units, central equipment cooling water systems, independent cold and heat sources, EV emergency exhaust systems, etc.;
4. Assisting with preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities in the laboratory area, such as emergency sprinkler and eyewash stations, etc.
5. Assist with the operation, maintenance, testing and technical support of the laboratory's local electrical system, including preventive inspection of laboratory distribution boxes, electrical testing upon laboratory completion, and technical support for instrument and equipment power connection;
6. Provide work order repair services for the laboratory: users can schedule repairs through the work order system for minor repair issues and testing needs that occur during laboratory operation;
7. Inquiry of relevant test reports: such as pure water terminal test reports, nitrogen terminal test reports, compressed air terminal test reports, and wastewater treatment system water quality test reports;
8. Exploration of sustainability: such as sustainable labeling, green laboratory certification, and central system usage metering analysis;
