I. Introduction

The air conditioning room in the experimental area contains a total of 126 units of equipment, including 48 conventional AHU (Air Handling Unit) units, 48 heat recovery fresh air units, 25 constant temperature and humidity air conditioners, and 5 heat-dissipating dehumidifiers. Together, these units provide essential support for maintaining the laboratory's indoor environment regarding temperature, humidity, and cleanliness requirements.

II. Building Automation (BA) System

The BA system allows for real-time online monitoring of the room's system operation data and the setting of fault alarm signals, improving the efficiency of fault detection and maintenance in the room.

III. Maintenance Overview

Weekly: Data center environment inspection;

Monthly: Data center equipment inspection parameter recording and fault handling, sensor status inspection, automatic control box inspection;

Quarterly:
a) Inspect fan and motor bearings, add grease once (if necessary); ensure the fan has no abnormal vibration, the bearings have no wear, and tighten the fan bearing fastening screws;
b) Clean or replace the filter, clean the water tray;
c) Adjust the unit's fan belt, ensuring the belt tension is moderate (if the unit's fan has a belt), replace the belt if necessary;
d) Clean the unit's coils, ensuring no obvious dust accumulation;
e) Clean accumulated dust, dirt, rust, bacterial residue, and debris around the unit;
f) Inspect the condensate trap drain pipe, clean if necessary;
g) Inspect the electric heating and electric humidification status;

Annually:
a) Clean the water pipe filter;
b) Backflush the surface cooler;
