I. Introduction
The pure water purification room processes raw water through multiple stages to remove impurities, ions, microorganisms, etc., ultimately producing high-purity water that meets laboratory requirements. Located on the basement level of the core area, the pure water purification room employs a one-for-one backup design to supply water to laboratories in both high and low zones, ensuring the stability and reliability of the pure water supply.
II. Building Automation (BA) System
The BA system monitors the room's system operation data online in real time and sets fault alarm signals, improving the efficiency of fault detection and maintenance.
III. Operation and Maintenance Overview
Daily: Equipment inspection and fault handling;
Weekly: Pipeline and valve status inspection and maintenance/equipment upkeep/system chemical dosing/checking the status of the automatic control system/room cleaning;
Quarterly: Replacement of security filters and other filter elements;
Annually: Replacement of mixed bed resin/RO membrane cleaning and backwashing/end-point water quality sampling and testing;
1-3 years: Replacement of UV lamps/pretreatment filters/RO membranes (depending on operating conditions);
5-7 years: Replacement of EDI modules (depending on operating conditions).
