I. Introduction

The Laboratory Services Department conducts regular maintenance and safety training for both departmental and third-party maintenance teams. This training aims to improve the safety and professionalism in daily maintenance work, ensure the health and safety of personnel, and enhance the professional service capabilities and timeliness of laboratory maintenance.

II. Training Content

  1. Central System Room Maintenance and Safety Training: This includes maintenance and safety training for facilities such as wastewater treatment rooms, pure water rooms, nitrogen rooms, and compressed air rooms. Professional maintenance units provide specialized training and practical exercises for both departmental and third-party maintenance teams. Annual practical emergency training is also conducted.
  2. Protective Equipment Training: Training on the use of protective equipment commonly used in maintenance processes, including masks, various gloves, and cleanroom suits.
  3. Routine Maintenance Training: Online/offline training on potential safety hazards in daily maintenance, including working at heights, wearing safety belts, using ladders, and tool installation.
  4. Processing Workshop Operation Training: Training for processing workshop operators to familiarize them with the operation and use of processing equipment, safety precautions, and emergency procedures.
